Description
Born in the vineyards of Santo Stefano a Collegalle, in the heart of Greve in Chianti, this wine embodies the freshness of the Tuscan hills and the elegance of a balanced blend. The grapes, harvested manually in September, combine the tradition of Trebbiano (80%) with the softness and structure of Chardonnay (20%), creating a harmonious and versatile white wine.
It has a bright straw yellow colour, embellished with delicate golden reflections. The nose offers a fine, fragrant bouquet with notes of white flowers reminiscent of spring. The palate is dry and fresh, easy to drink but supported by a pleasant acidity that enhances its liveliness.
Vinified and aged in steel, it retains its genuine soul, focusing entirely on the purity and immediacy of the fruit.
Perfect as a companion for informal moments, it pairs elegantly with aperitifs and seafood appetisers, enhancing their lightness and flavour. Served at a temperature of 10–12°C, it is at its best, inviting you to pour another glass.
