General information
It is mandatory to accept/collect all parcels subject to inspection by the courier, so that if there is any damage/breakage/shortage, we can proceed with a refund.
Without this control reserve, it will be impossible for us to make any kind of compensation.o.
Orders received by 12:00 noon are generally shipped the same afternoon, while orders received after 12:00 noon are shipped the following day.
If a problem occurs during transport and the package does not arrive at its destination within the expected time frame, please notify us immediately. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note: do not contact us before the specified time limits have expired, as the data required to take action will not yet be available.
Important: when using a coupon code, the free shipping threshold refers to the amount generated after using the coupon code itself.
