Description
Produced by distilling the pomace from Chianti Classico grapes, Grappa di Fattoria Santo Stefano is one of the most typical and representative products of Tuscan tradition. It is made exclusively from Italian pomace, distilled in Italy using traditional methods that preserve all the fragrance of the fruit.
It is clear and crystalline to the eye, a sign of purity and simplicity. The nose offers intense yet delicate aromas, with floral and fruity notes intertwined with light hints of spice. On the palate, it is warm and enveloping, yet well balanced, with a dry and harmonious taste that closes with a long and persistent finish.
Perfect as a digestif after a meal, it is best served slightly chilled, at 10–12°C. On its own, it is a meditative experience, but it can also surprise when paired with dark chocolate or dry pastries.
