Description
From the hills of Santo Stefano a Collegalle comes a rosé wine that surprises with its character and elegance. Produced from Sangiovese grapes, the same ones used to make Chianti Classico, it is obtained using the traditional salasso technique, which allows colour and structure to be extracted without losing freshness.
The result is a wine with a clear and intense cherry red colour that catches the eye with its brightness. The nose reveals lively and fragrant aromas, with fruity notes that anticipate a well-balanced palate. On the palate, it stands out for its unusual body for a rosé, supported by an enveloping freshness and a marked acidity that makes it particularly pleasant and versatile. Its alcohol content of 13% vol. gives it roundness and structure, making it perfect not only as a summer wine, but also as an ideal companion for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Vinified and aged in steel, it is bottled in early spring to express all its vitality as early as the following summer. A rosé that does more than just quench your thirst, but proudly expresses the soul of Sangiovese in a different and surprising way.
