A blend of Sangiovese (90%) and Colorino (10%), combining the authenticity of Chianti Classico with the finesse and elegance of a great red wine.<\/p>\n
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, fully respecting the grapes and their original characteristics. The wine is then transferred to wood for vinification and left to mature for 30 months in French oak barrels before completing its ageing in the bottle.
